Glanbrydan Avenue is situated, conveniently for Swansea student housing, near the top entrance of Brynmill Park and close to the Uplands shopping area with its selection of shops and pubs. 

There is a local bakery, convenience store, launderette and ironmongers a brief stroll away.  But, a few minutes further up the road, the Uplands shopping area now boasts a local branch of both Sainsbury's and Tesco Express supermarkets.

This is a popular area for HMO accommodation, and especially for student houses, as the route to the university through the park is pleasant and there are pubs and restaurants nearby.
