Glanbrydan Avenue is situated, conveniently for Swansea student housing, near the top entrance of Brynmill Park and close to the Uplands shopping area. There is a local bakery, convenience store and ironmongers a brief stroll away if you want bread, milk or a replacement key in a hurry!

This is a popular area for HMO accommodation and especially for student houses as the route to the university through the park is pleasant and there are pubs and restaurants nearby.
