Glanbrydan Avenue is situated perfectly for Swansea students' houses, near the top entrance of Brynmill Park and close to the Uplands shopping area. There is a local bakery, convenience store, launderette and ironmongers a brief stroll away.

Rhyddings Terrace runs parallel to Glanbrydan Avenue and is another great area for Swansea student accommodation.  The playground entrance of Brynmill Park is easily accessible and the Uplands shops are around the corner. The launderette is at the end of the street and the bakery and ironmongers are a few metres away, opposite the convenience store, and perfect for a quick trip to pick up essentials.

St Helens Avenue is great for Swansea student lets as it is close to the city centre with its lively mix of bars, clubs and shops while being within easy walking distance of the university.  There is a large Spar shop just down the road with a hot deli counter if you are too tired to cook.  The new leisure centre is within easy walking diostance and the beach is virtually on your doorstep.  There are also a wide range of convenience stores, bars and restaurants in nearby Brynymor Road. 

Each of these areas are popular for HMO accommodation, and especially for student houses, as they are close to Swansea University and there are pubs and restaurants within easy reach.
